Payment & Shipping

The shipping costs shown here refer exclusively to shipping within Germany. A shipment abroad is generally possible, but we ask you to contact us before ordering by e-mail. The goods will be shipped either by PayPal or against advance payment.

  • We charge a one-time shipping fee of EUR 5.90 for each order within Germany.
  • Note: When you order a boat/hull, the shipping costs will be adjusted retrospectively to the destination country and its size of the boat. The difference must be settled retrospectively. An invoice correction is then made. Webshop is not otherwise possible.

Delivery

The delivery time after receipt of your order/payment (in case of prepayment) is approx. 3 - 4 working days. This excludes Boots hulls as they are only made to order. Delivery time of hulls depending on the order situation 14 - 30 days. You will receive a confirmation of the order receipt by e-mail after receipt of your order. If a product is not available at the moment, we will notify you immediately. The delivered goods must be inspected by you immediately after receipt for damage. Any defects must be asserted immediately in writing (by e-mail, or letter), otherwise the goods shall be deemed to have been accepted.

Delivery address & desired delivery address

You can also have your order delivered to another address. Such as. your place of work, or to an acquaintance. Simply enter the desired delivery address during the ordering process.
